This type of litigation can take years to resolve, depending on whether the non-paying owner has a reason for withholding.When a ship is sinking, it isn't the greatest idea to jump on board.

I went through Advanced Home exteriors  They ship anywhere.

Then if you have more time, access to internet, and a good phone line (none of which were guaranteed on either of my ships), you can start doing flips or BRRRs. 

One at a turn, the others are cruising along... it’ll be worth the reno when the tenants move out, but I’m happy with things as-is for now.

Many on-line vendors have ridiculous shipping fees or will NOT credit products that fail.

I ordered both parts online with 2 day shipping.
