Maple Grove Dryer Question

Greetings BP,

Today my tenants dryer broke. The rental is located in Maple Grove. I searched online but couldn't find any information on how long I have to fix it. Does anyone know when a dryer needs to be fixed by in Maple Grove? Would really appreciate some advice for a new landlord!

Regards,

The dryer should be fixed in a reasonable time.  It is not an emergency.  Next week is reasonable.  I am assuming you need to call someone to repair it.  If they can’t get out there Wednesday then that’s the day.  If they come out and the repairs are to expensive for an older dryer, then you will need time to order a new or refurbished one.  It may take a week or longer.  As long as you are working on getting it repaired or a new one you should be fine.  It must be reasonable.  It’s not the same as if the furnace or water heater stopped working.  Those must be fixed in 24 hours if possible.
