. :)  I think folks that followed that advice have lost significant amounts of capital.. of course not all .. but if your one of the beginners who drank that cool aid and got fubared can set you back years.

I am sure many though do not use their real names on BP out of privacy concerns..

I don't know if that's a reasonable concern or do you just plan on "X" number of months and hold it in reserves? 

Crime is a concern, but I'm thinking with the appropriate limited liability and insurance structure this could provide a reasonable shield.

I suspect their next targest are going to be all the lender / Brokers on BP of which you can tell who the pros are and who are beginners they will hammer those beginners.

My biggest concern is that some of the houses right across are multi-family duplexes.
