Hi Timur, I'm not a contractor or a roofer, but on the materials side (here in VA), regular asphalt shingles run about $1/sq ft, not sure about underlay, and 7/16" OSB roof sheathing on the high side is around $10, or $.31/sq ft, if you need it.

So repairs like floors, shingling a roof or putting on metal roofs that sort of thing is doable by me, the walls and ceilings scare me a bit especially with the potential for cost (just my opinion tho).Any ideas on the costs I could be looking at?

Some between 10k-20k in my opinion b/c these have been sitting empty for years and thieves have stripped them of any & all components they can re-sell.Ex) Furnace, duct work, copper plumbing, re-shingling roof, floors repaired & refinished, possibly new electrical if the inspectors are watching you closely (which they WILL BE from the website's verbage), mold and/or asbestos remediation, etc., etc.Then throw in the cosmetics.

I just thought it was kind of a crazy question since the logical answer does depend on the year, make, size, # of beds and baths, appliances included, condition/work needed, location, ease of moving, vinyl/shingle or metal/metal.
