How many cigarettes do you, or any other adult in the household, smoke on a typical day?

I do simple google forms application for initial screening to rule out people who cannot afford it or who tell me their credit is below 600, smokers etc...After the showing, if they are interested i get a full application and run the credit.

The tenant on the left side is a smoker (ashtray in each room type of smoker). 

Is there any way to completely remove the smell of cigarette smoke from a house, without replacing the carpet?

She's leaving but the cat and cigarette smell will stay.

I like ribs cooked on the smoker.

(I did not smell smoke when I did the walk through before purchasing the property and just assumed she was a non-smoker).

We give higher points on our screening if their income is 28-31% of income, we've found that to be our sweet spot of high enough to pay but low enough to stay put awhile.We look at a lot of other thing sin screening, like address history, landlord references, smokers, how often they move, how stable their income history is, if they have a bank account (most don't), criminal, etc.

Although I know I'm in the minority and stainless steel is the way to go.Was it cigarette smoke or fire smoke?

To many ways for cash, food, gas, liquor, cigarettes,  profits to flow out the backdoor.
