I was rereading Brandon Turner's book on How to Invest in Rental Properties and stumbled upon this concept.I currently just use a personal account for my funds, but realize it could be beneficial to have a business account to separate my personal and business funds. 

I will have to re-read the PM agreement I have on file with them to see what my outs are.

The two answers you've already received are accurate, so look at the Schedule E while re-reading those answers and then come back with additional questions if it still isn't clear.

I just re-read my post and saw that I said "not" instead of "now" and wanted to correct.
