Are these repair costs via a PM for a med-high market typical?

Call me crazy but if you’ve got your **** together enough to get through med school or nursing school I trust you enough not to burn down my house 😂I don’t do a security deposit on any of my homes and I explain up front that should anything get wrecked they’re liable (never had an issue).

Then they get into med school and you celebrate and restart your ulcer at the same time...

Four plex is located in Kansas City, KS very close to the KU Med Center and West port area.

I’m trying fix and holds “brrrr” around the med campus on the east side now. 

@Matt Toeneboehn- the  physician loans  vary from lender to lender ...often these  are  designed to 1) minimize  down payment 2) be  flexible with the  employment start dates  of the MD  3) be  more flexible on large  med  school debt   .......the main downside to the  VA loan is the VA  funding fee  ( if applic) and  also  tying up the  VA  elig  ....but I  would   say the  VA  option  will still be a  much better option to  use 

We do a little, but mostly only near County Line and State Line (the KU Med school lifts that area up).
