Where are the best venues in which to do this?

Close to many major venues that would attract renters and relatively low real estate prices. 

I thought it was magnificent.

I apologized for my agent's behavior, told SA there other avenues to pursue this, but this was not the right venue & should not impact the return of my EMD; & Purchase Contract does not list this as a reason for not returning the EMD. 

At the very least, their meeting venue likely charges them for the space, unless they own it.

This way I can get a headcount for the venue.

Another thought would be the northern tip of orange would probably be a great place to have one as you have a ton of great things going for you that would maintain year round occupancy such as disneyland, anaheim convention center(perfect str draw), Angel stadium( which also hosts things like motocross and the sort which people like having more room if they are from out of town), the grove(a music venue), The block(a large outdoor mall and attraction center),and The honda center(hockey/basketball center which has hosted a lot of college tournaments and has year round large scale concerts and events).  

@Mihir BhimarajuMy wife and I do the same thing with our house that is just outside of Austin and close to wedding venues, the river and so forth.  

Some suggestions you gave were "Possibly through a crowd funding platform, direct lending to another investor or becoming an equity partner in a nearby venture." would you be able to direct me on how i can find out more about these venues.

If all goes well then purchase my second investment property June 2018 (Giving myself a 6 month time in between to flip two deals. 2019 have 4 flips under my belt2020 go full-time real estate investorAnd a future investment that I would like to eventually have is my very own wedding venue or event space if you will.
