I hope all is going well with your real estate portfolios and/or business! My name is Nick and I've been in Real Estate for a few years now and would love to meet up with some of you and have a cup of coffee. 

I'm not trying to pitch anything to anyone, I am solely doing this so I can expand my network and hear everybody's story and/or strategies; however, I have seen a few posts about people seeking good quality contractors and would love to help anyone out if need be.

Hey Nick-

First Tuesday of month is DelREIA (Delreia.com)meet up at 7 at the New Castle Sheraton. FourthTuesday of the month @ 7 at the Greene Turtle in Christiana @Joseph Scorese.  Wednesdays from 11:30-1:30 at Iron Hill on Riverfront is the Greater Wilmington Housing Providers(GWHP.net) meet up.  First meeting is free for DelREIA and GWHP($20 for buffet lunch) and then you can pay per meeting of get yearly membership. Green Turtle meeting is free.  These are great places to start mass networking.
