No one knows if its true or not - could've been made up by some underpaid trader.

For whatever reason, this time around they are pursuing a Japanese-style, 10-year, one-tiny-drop-at-a-time workout.There is no conspiracy theory.

The Chinese are starting to buy much like the Japanese did in the late 80's (although this can be a warning sign too).

I dont know whether or not I want to trade real estate but the courses were a great insight and Im sure it will help me in the future even if I dont trade....enough about me...

I used to be a paper equities trader, broker and private placement underwriter.  

A few Hispanics maybe 10 Chinese,, a few Japanese ( my best friend was Japanese) then I would go to your fair town and I learned about segregation on steroids.
