Since Ohio Cashflow (OCF) was working in a less expensive market, I decided to do more research on them (them meaning Engelo Rumora) to see if there were any negative reviews / comments.Now Engelo REALLY puts himself out there and is all over the internet; I figured if there were ANY negatives somebody would have said something.

I can appreciate the fact that my experience/knowledge doesn't shine through on some internet forum, so I don't take offense to your comments.

However, elsewhere on the internet, I had read that you could not rent your property completely, even if you lived more than 12 months.

You will want to dig much deeper than internet forums or even the sales reps at most self-directed firms to ensure you have a strategy that will produce results without unnecessary regulatory risk or too much administrative overhead.  

@Riley Hinshaw please be very careful about following the advice of people on the internet!  

Since I am an internet marketer I am helping a friend to market her Big beautiful corner lot house in Lithonia in exchange for access to the MLS.

These guys sell lists to many buyers at the same time (competition) of internet searchers searching on "have to sell my house".
