Hey Maisam, Germany is a great place for many reasons but very conservative and old-fashioned in other aspects.

I've lived in four countries (Canada, the US, Germany, and Norway).

That is the exact same level as the UK, Germany, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy!

I was stationed in Georgia, Germany and Texas.

If we lease an apartment in the United Kingdom for example, it receives booking requests from travelers Canada, United States, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, China etc.

The water bill is usually shared to the landlord every 3rd month.When I purchased it the first time in WI, why in the world the inside vibes look like a Germany house in 1920s.

Just the same here in Germany if our owner company must put in each unit 5k Euros for a new tenant we would be bankrupt but we are still on market since 20 years.So Greg maybe you have unluck with a tenant but without trashing the place you would never reach your noted $7k.
