Hey all.  Excited about this community.  I'm in the military, spent most of my career overseas.  I've flipped seven houses and bought fifteen properties with cash.  I'm on a debt-free kick.  We'll see if it sticks.  Currently in Stuttgart, Germany.   Want to meet like-minded people.  Toying with the idea of partnering in the future, maybe.
