The home inspection revealed the following big ticket items:Possible asbestos in the following locations:Popcorn ceilings of Unit 1 (peeling, must be replaced)Attic insulation of Unit 2Basement tile of Unit 2 (badly damaged and crumbling due to water damage years ago)Windows that need to be replaced (exterior shingles are asbestos)60 Amp service boxes and Knob and Tube electrical throughoutI'm looking for advice from the BP community on these issues. 

Granted, photos don't reveal everything but something might standout.

I know one girl who shows up in her 120K Benz to show units that rent for 1K a month...Also don't reveal your assets.

Unfortunately, the disclosure revealed something that forced us to put out during DD that was not obvious (or we missed - It was actually both as it was possible to catch this earlier than we did but we missed it and therefore was not obvious enough for us to catch it).

So, I'd suggest keep analyzing properties, read up on more recession-resistant & lower-risk strategies (like house hacking), get your financing/payment method lined up, find a top notch investor-friendly agent, and view as many properties as possible...keep grinding and eventually, opportunities will reveal themselves.Good luck out there!
