Home under contract, then wholesale?

Hey BP Community!

Am I able to make an offer on a home listed on the MLS with a listing agent, place it under contract, then essentially forward that contract over to another investor and take a wholesale commission?

Home listed at: $55k

Accepted offer at $35k

I think it's a tremendous deal, just one that I might not want to tackle myself, but I don't want to lose the advantage of working the buyer down to my accepted offer.

@Jonathan Safa,  There are a lot of logistical and legal issues with what you are suggesting. I'm not an expert on wholesaling, but based on what I've seen here, I would not try to do it. You're now in a position of harming your reputation if you don't follow through on the deal. I have to ask, why did you negotiate a deal you didn't actually want?
