Home under contract, then wholesale?

Hey BP Community!

Am I able to make an offer on a home listed on the MLS with a listing agent, place it under contract, then essentially forward that contract over to another investor and take a wholesale commission?

Home listed at: $55k

Accepted offer at $35k

I think it's a tremendous deal, just one that I might not want to tackle myself, but I don't want to lose the advantage of working the buyer down to my accepted offer.
