So you can get an inspection on your timeline, get an appraisal on your timeline (i.e. pay more to get it quicker), etc. and there’s no “loan committee” (typical at a regional bank) to hold you up.

Whichever path they direct you down, ask them for guidance on the process - i.e. how to submit your request, the required paperwork and field work (e.g. survey and plot plan), how often and when the committee meets to hear such requests, etc.

IE when we have a new project ( like i turned in 3 new builds to day) my request is for just shy of 1 mil in vertical.well those loan request will have to go to loan committee and when your banker takes you to loan committee you cant have 4,675.00 in the bank.. thats no good.. these banks look for deposit relationships as much as lending relationships..
