#American Airlines Center #3, potential for Las Vegas Sands Casino somewhere near by, #4 Dallas Convention Center  #5 Dallas Trade Centers can't think of many other places in the country that have that many demand drivers.Weatherford.....growth moving that way. 

We are more of the hiking/snowboard types, not the party at the casino types.

What is pulling people there rather than Latham or Schenectady (now that it'll have the casino)?

Two things, prices are a bit high right now and the market is very competitive.Attractions - Crossings Premium Outlets, Mt Airy Casino, Kalahari Water park, Great Wolf Lodge, Pocono Raceway (NASCAR)Skiing - Camelback Mountain/Camel Beach in summer, Shawnee, Big BoulderLakes - Lake Ariel, Lake Harmony, Lake Naomi, Pocono Lake, Lake Arrowhead, Big Boulder LakeCities - Long Pond, Pocono Summit, Mt.

I am looking very seriously at Fort Washington and Oxon Hill as National Harbor and the new Casino are bringing more jobs to that area. 

Tannersville on the other hand is close to the outlets, casino, water parks, and Camelback.

It's akin to investing at the casino tables.

The casinos continue to expand and we are getting new businesses and industries (Hollywood 2.0).  

I'm staying out on Lake Las Vegas Golf Course and expo is at Caesars.

s property owners will have a 11% decrease in taxes which is significant now, Stockton University is constructing buildings on the beach block (The E.C. that I work for is working on the Parking Garage of that project), Tropicana Casino is expanding, and Hard Rock Casino has acquired Taj Mahal for a full renovation and transformation to a Hard Rock Casino.
