If you have tenant problems you could have relationship problems.Couple stress points that come to mind in a rehab situation:1 - After a long day of rehab you say something derogatory about the previous owner/maintenance upkeep2 - You go to make a change that will disturb a precious childhood memory3 - You try to rent and she gets defensive about who lives in her house.I should note; I'm not very diplomatic about the things I say to people in my social circle about my tenants.

Likewise, the reason people NEED to stock up on precious metals NOW is not because I have been long a few years and wish to exit soon; the reason people NEED to invest heavily in PMs now is that the whole world is going collapse any SECOND!

Spending $10,000 or more on a "mentorship" is, IMHO, a waste of precious money.
