@Dean Letfus   I feel that with what we have accomplished while working around a full time job that consist of 40+ hour work weeks, we should be able to fast forward the growth if we dedicated all our time to real estate investing. 

I got the points idea from the book Four Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris back in 2007.

Books I would recommend however are Rich Dad Poor Dad, Four Hour Work Week, and Millionaire Real Estate Investor. 

Read the 4-Hour Workweek or 80/20 by Richard Koch.

I have read BP's "Ultimate Guide for Beginners,"  "4 Hour work week," "Building Wealth One House at a Time" and of course many forum discussions.
