Recently L&I made a surprise visit to the retail store and cited me for a violation of fire codes F-907.1 and F-907.5.1 - ***No fire alarm system inside property. 

The other now just mails the MOs, though we tried meeting for the transaction at a mutually convenient store. 

I don't know what the cost of a box of biscuits were before COVID but saw $5-$6 in the store the other day....that seems high to me. 

I did ask for a referral from the realtor we purchased it from a few years back but her recommendation was just a genetic Renters Warehouse.

But we've got a lot of acreage & a whole bunch of kids so we need to store a lot of toys......ATV's, dirt bikes etc...

Very rare to have anyone that can speak to lending on gas stations or warehouses or all of the other things that fall under "Commercial".  

@Bennet Sebastian the concept is still as sound as in years past, even more so now in most major metros as nearly all new development in the warehouse/flex space has catered to larger tenants or single-users of 25K+ SF.
