Only time will tell.Just started posting about it, expecting some to love it some to hate it, but curious what you think being it sounds like you are already underway with this project

The areas that are discussing regulation are:Conway - there is a lawsuit underway regarding regulations.Madison - being discussed at town meetingsFreedom - being discussed at town meetings.Jackson - has regulation in place. 

Several development initiatives are underway like the Aerotropolis and Six West.

There is also a big project underway to improve downtown Lebanon and spur economic growth.  

Hey Michael,It's hard to find "growth" areas in an area that is so developed but I would look at Sleepy Hollow in Westchester and South Norwalk CT as there are major largeconstruction projects underway that are redeveloping the downtown areas and improving prices. 

The second one...I'm planning to get it underway starting in late June.
