While you should always strive to avoid unnecessary fees whenever possible you are not technically late if you miss the 15th.

If you want to build your wealth and increase your choices with investments and business choices, I would strive for more.

Excellence is what we always strive for, perfectionism will kill your ideas and cause you to put off for years projects that would have greatly helped your clients and your business if they had been put into action 90% perfect.- With that in mind, I recommend not spending weeks or thousands of dollars figuring out a logo, or even a website, and don't let those things hold up any of your marketing or interactions with prospects. 

The freedom to transition between a professional life and personal passions is what I'm striving for.

Most of us strive to do better, but lack of action is what kills the dream. 

We’re striving to learn all we can about multi-family RE investing (finding good deals/property managers) and to buy our first multi-family rental property in the next few months.  

We strive to build neighborhoods up by doing high-quality remodels and go above and beyond the "paint the walls, change the carpet" mentality that is often seen.

I strive to buy above the market cap for that asset type and class.Without knowing the market cap, a 10 could be good or bad. 

The oil and gas industry is striving and on the way back up I believe from what the market is doing.
