I could offer to go in half again to have a contractor come out again and built the wall further along the front but in my eye that would actually be a bit of an eye sore.

It's likely that substance abuse disorders will rise.

My best advice is to find anything that may have a lot of disorder with it such as late mortgage payments, foreclosure, fixers, etc.

Quiet the eye sore if you ask me, I guess in some areas of the country it’s probably not a big problem, but I’m sure some municipalities will have a problem with this.
