I'm torn between Dave Ramsey and Everyone else!!

You can become a millionaire investing in real estate in many different ways. with that being said, I really, really hate when one side of the isle say you should invest in real estate their way. I'm 95% Dave Ramsey. The other 5% I borrowed from my 401K. Can't we all just get along!!!! LOL

Always remember Dave Ramsey is training wheels. Once you learn to ride the bike you really don't need the training wheels any more, only the principles that the training wheels taught you (balance, steering, etc). You can keep riding the bike with training wheels but you can't go very fast or very far, do wheelies or quickly swerve to avoid oncoming traffic with training wheels.
