Hi everyone,I'm just starting out on my real estate investing journey, though I'm already working as a real estate agent in Orange County, CA.

My plan is to wait it out and if the bank goes too far past closing, hopefully I'll have a leg to stand on to get out with EMD intact. 

My life has changed 4 years ago after my fatal car accident which cost me my right leg and with that tragic accident I am turning into this dream I’ve always had about real estate investments but back then I was to busy so I thought working for a living thinking I never had time.
