Neighbour As dog caused the fight, Neighbour A was injured as the result of a dog fight caused by the fact that their dog was not under control.

I then called my lawn service and added her property to the list - with instructions to go to the door and introduce themselves the first time and ask how she would like the lawn mowed.It might cost me an extra $20/wk and isn't maximizing my rent, but it helps a neighbour remain in her house longer (we also take care of her snow removal in the winter).  

We had a similar situation ('we' as in my husband and I) with our neighbour.

I find out about the cops being called from neighbours.

We also collect information about similar neighbouring properties Once you have your list of properties you can start approaching owners who you think may be ready to sell (old, tired, need money, etc.).We presently maintain a "watch list" of around 100 properties in three cities, and update each at least once, if or twice, per year.

I too was thinking about neighbouring tonws such as Christiansburg, but then how high the demand for rentals would be in those areas?

Update - I'm also looking at neighbouring areas such as Holly Spring, etc.

We are almost literally neighbours--I'm in King Township as well!
