OVERSEAS REAL ESTATE

Hello everyone! 

Just starting out here & have briefly perused this site. Looks amazing for US investments. I have one long term rental property in the US, but now want to pursue some overseas opportunities, starting in Europe. I've connected with one individual here who has been great, but are there any forums here that focus on overseas REI? Any suggestions on where I start?
