Newbie from Chantilly, Virginia (DC Metro area)
Hi everyone! I am at the beginning of my REI journey from Washington DC Metro area. I have one rental property that does very well that I acquired more as a hobby awhile back. Now I am working on building my strategy to become a full time real estate investor. I look forward to learn more, network, hopefully make some long term business partners and possibly even friends. Life is a never-ending learning journey :-))
