I have a loan payment due on a recent rental property that I purchased, and would like to set up an ACH directly from the LLC bank account that I have it in to pay the payment. 

@William Thresh I have all of my tenants set up on automatic bank draft ACH rent payements, set up to match the terms of their lease.

My question is - Has anyone tried offering an incentive for tenants to sign up for ACH? 

Nobody is muscled into a deal, or lied to to get them to believe they are benefiting in a way they are not.

One uses ACH and several use Zelle.I use Zillow or residentresearch.com for background checks.I train my tenants to make the rent on time or pay a late fee or have an eviction filed against them.

@Hunter FitchEverybody seems to add about 50 lbs of muscle, and a bit more venom to their bite when they are behind a keyboard rather than face to face. 

Every transaction should leave a paper trail... either he received a receipt for cash, or wrote a check, or did an ACH transaction into an account, or something!  

Or can super returns be achieved with just as little head ache in great areas... ?

I also heard I want to avoid a bank with high ACH fees.
