Hello BP Community,

I'm Matt, and I'm about to close on my first investment property. I plan to set up an LLC and and business account for the income, but I wanted to see what banks in the area are most favorable. I will only have one property to start, so I won't be able to keep a large balance. I also heard I want to avoid a bank with high ACH fees. I'm new to this, so if there is anything I didn't mention that you think I should also know, please feel free to share. Thanks in advance for all your help!

-Matt-
