However, in my opinion the confusion or the misunderstanding comes in "no money down" vs.

I think a lot of my misunderstanding comes from the fact that I don't understand trusts.

Insurance also doesn’t protect you from misunderstandings, especially those made in writing and email.

Let’s not muddy up the misunderstandings further by trying to redefine it.

If they file some legal complaint, you can play innocent and claim that it was a complete misunderstanding...and then take your time getting them back on.Odds are pretty good they are shysters that are already moved out and they have no intention of making good on what they owe.

In regards to your second paragraph, I think you're misunderstanding where I'm coming from.

From the properties we've seen all of them were okay, were they lying to me or am I misunderstanding something?
