I have a contractor who does 203k's all the time and is charging about 26k and another licenced, insured contractor who will do the same job for 21k but never done a 203k before.

I was confused and thought she meant my real estate licence or something prohibiting me from wholesaling but then she said for a mortgage. and i just went along with it because i thought she had no idea what i was talking about. she told me she was going to give me a call tomorrow. i also think it was because i only have on bar of connection in my room.

Passed the MI state exam with no issues.As far as practicing after obtaining your license, I have no idea. lolI moved to FL and never got a chance to practice...but from what I see there is a lot more "on the job" experience to gain after hanging your licence somewhere.
