I will be graduating college from an ivy league school next year and am looking for ideas for a job in the real estate field that will help me out with knowledge for my own personal aspirations of real estate investing. figure kill 2 birds with 1 stone and make a living off a salary for the time being while I learn more about REI. any suggestions?

This friend actually got drafted a couple of years back into the Major Leagues but is no longer playing ball anymore. 

I would welcome the opportunity to pursue a 100+ unit complex, but there are only a handful in the area and we are not in that league (yet).

I'm "bush league" when it comes to townhome development (I having 2 projects, 5 units, in the works) and am pumping the breaks on one, maybe both.

For me, it's just as mentally exhausting in its own way as studying for advanced college classes or writing major papers, and I finished summa cum laude and went on to grad school in the Ivy League.

My daughter and I are involved in National Charity League and we have been in the unfortunate position of having to obtain silent auction items for our fundraising events.
