This year ground was broken on a $3.2 Billion interstate extension that will connect and complete a northern loop around Birmingham City and connect all of its popular northeastern, northern, and northwestern suburban areas. 

We have had essentially 40 years of declining interst rates.

Have only seen one location on the interstate near Oklahoma City that had that market ($150,000 to $500,000 RV's) and they were full.

Plus the main highway through town was designated as an Interstate a couple years back.

The Lehigh Valley has route 22 where the Lehigh Valley International Airport is located off of (22 and Airport Rd.) and interstate 78 runs close by which is a major route to NJ and NY.

The huge distribution centers are next to the Interstate north of SR200, so not close to either neighborhood. 

They are also adding a new interstate entrance ramp for Austin so that will make my total drive time from my house to the downtown Little Rock area maybe 25-30 minutes.

I'm not interested in Moss Point south of the interstate.
