Hello, My name is Ray. I`m new to the Gulfport and Biloxi MS Area.

I`m starting to market in the local area of Harrison and Jackson Counties.
I want to see if I could bring some value to anyone by bringing you some deals.

There are a few different areas that I`m planning to market to. 

What I would love to do is get some insight on what are the areas that you or your buyers would like to get deals in and what are some areas that would make you roll your eyes or that I should be staying away from?

Hey Ray, welcome to the area. For sure keep me in mind. I have a few rentals in Ocean Springs and in Biloxi. I'm interested in the typical 3/4 bedroom, 2 bath SFH. No flood zones. I prefer to renovate, so not interested in turnkey properties unless they are significantly below market value. Will also consider 2-4 unit multifamily, but only if in good school districts (primarily Biloxi, OS, D'Iberville). -Wes
