I go to the BP meetups in Erie, Denver and Littleton and do the best I can to interact in a pleasant manner there.  

@Dave Foster great way to explain a reverse 1031 - it always seems to confuse people and this is a perfect way to lay it out, I may have to steal this two-step explanation in the future ;) Thanks for always adding value, even us ol' pros keep learning from you!

Though exhausted, we found it fun to answer inquiries, arrange group showing, and interact with people bringing all kinds of stories.One apartment has been under lease with an amazing couple (both are working professionals).

I see that they have an interactive search component to their site but that could take quite a bit of time and effort to pull data for all of the properties.
