I'd recommend immersing yourself in podcasts, books, and deal analysis for a few months and you will come back a lot more comfortable (and with more specific questions).  

I have totally immersed myself into BP, feeling a little overwhelmed but reading all the post listening to all the super successful people on this site is helping.

For the last few months I have been reading, educating myself, listening to specific podcast, trying to analyze things, run numbers, learn the "language", and immerse myself into investing in real estate.

I'm trying to immerse myself in the real estate world as much as possible. 

For whatever it's worth, I think one of the most valuable things you could do at this point in your journey is to continue to educate yourself and immerse yourself around other investors, whether that be thru local meetups, or in a mastermind community. 

Try to immerse yourself in the learning phase as much as possible.

I would say to keep doing what you are doing as far as immersing yourself into research and understanding about real estate investing.
