I joined the site, because I want to surround myself with people who want to better themselves and I hope I can one day achieve my dream of getting out of the rat race and into the mission field.

I know that when I first starting investing in RE my main objective was and still is to make passive income so that I can quit the rat race and live life the way its meant to be lived.  

Any good takeaways on renting horse stalls on investment property with a few extra acres?

@Irene Darville not to beat a dead horse but again it really varies.

If you play Cashflow 101, you understand that the best deals to get you out of the rat race in general are real estate capital gains deals that you buy at 50% discount.  

As to negotiations, well, that's horse trading, you may know what the investor has in it, but that may not mean much, the price will likely be what it's worth.  

I like to ride horses, garden, hike, and make artisan hand crafted soaps.

I fell off the horse but would not discourage anyone from trying the program.

I'm not looking to get rich, but I am looking to get out of the rat race of check to check living.
