I don't see what the big dilemma is.

AirBNB specifically recommends language pertaining to allergies and service animals - you can state in your listing that you don't accept any animals (don't say "pets") due to allergies and it being a health risk to you or a family member.Again, definitely look into the laws yourself, but between this being your primary residence, your only STR, and you having allergies, I don't believe you could be required to accommodate service animals.

Kind of running in circles on this dilemma and would love to get your opinion on this.When using @Michael Blank 's calculator (which is a state of the art weapon) i see the "deposit to replacement reserve" line item in the EXPENSES box, but there is no CAPEX line item.

Hi @Eugene Carelli that is a constant dilemma for people.

There is even a Centro de Salud (health clinic) for minor health emergencies.

@Melinda Pajak, Others more conversant with on the ground numbers can chime in but you're in a bit of a dilemma - a good dilemma but a dilemma.
