Common locations for supply lines to fail are where male threaded galvanized pipe is threaded into brass or copper valve and fitting bodies  (due to galvanic corrosion)  and hot water lines will rust up so badly as to start restricting water flow or begin leaking a decade or two before the cold side fails similarly.

One positive to note, during Covid when tenants stopped paying their rent ( and the government supported them in doing so) it was great to have section 8/ at least I  got the minimum amount to pay the mortgage!

This is very unhealthy so the government is now investing elsewhere now and Punta Cana is pretty much done anyway, as the path of progress pretty much has run its course there.That's not my main problem with Punta Cana though.
