I've found great satisfaction and excitement simply building a business, forming a team, and beginning to understand the power of leveraging the skills and enthusiasm of great people.  

A potential heir, who knows that they would be responsible to pay a few thousand just to acquire a partial interest in a property that they were not previously expecting to own, will have their enthusiasm for contesting your suit, considerably dampened. 

Do it with enthusiasm and always look to take on more without needing to be asked.

I have the time, the education and the enthusiasm needed to land and do deals, it's all just up to to take that next leap and BP has given me that confidence and motivation to do so.

I've gone to a couple ACREIA meetings last year and was .... kind of unimpressed with the enthusiasm at the meetings but maybe those were just expectations.

Someone that has that number of Fix & Flips or Buy & Holds or Subject To's is still learning himself and is likely to be able to use your enthusiasm, hard work and time.

His enthusiasm is addicting.

If you get hurt on your first deal it may kill your enthusiasm, not to mention your bank account. 

Some (read: mine) just wants to know what sausage we are buying and why :) Trying to force shared enthusiasm or participation in real estate for them could be the equivalent of trying to get me to like The Real Housewives...
