Will it destroy the limited liability protection and expose your personal assets to seizure by creditors?  

I'm open to allowing a pet, but I don't want to allow a  destructive 50 pound dog who will destroy the place just because the dog is a service dog. 

LOLOL These are the properties that are destroying the city. 

That way, they can dispose of the house without destroying their credit in a foreclosure.If a wholesaler was to come in and steal what little equity the homeowner has, knowing that they're in a desperate situation, that wholesaler should be horse-whipped. 

*Once the Eviction has been started, never never never try to interfere with the process after such as locking a tenant out, going to the home, harrassing the tenant for non pay, even if they are DESTROYING YOUR HOUSE!

By the time we came into the home, the first floor was completely destroyed and all of the flooring upstairs was also destroyed.

From what I learned, this means it cannot be rebuilt as a duplex if the structure is destroyed such as in a fire, it would need to be rebuilt as a single family.  

With COVID and nurses quitting or being fired I believe the travel nurse market will be steady and you the residents are reliable and won't destroy the property.

I would just add to that, when i say jump in the fire always protect your downside and make sure that even if you didn’t get the best deal because of inexperience or an oversight that it doesn’t destroy you.
