I'm wondering if anyone else here is using Cozy is seeing a delay in the ACH transfer this month; my dashboard show the payment having been made, but as of today the money still has not hit my bank account.

Since I am not familiar with Penn State laws I can only assume that an attorney can draft a useful document within the confines of the law. 

They know me well enough to know that I am an investor who is always looking to use more of other people's money, and they trust I'm simply looking for ways to expand within the confines of their policies. 

Each state laws are different and within those states each county can do it their own way as well within the confines of the state law. 

First month using Cozy. 

Also I don't know if you use Cozy as a landlord, but it is an awesome resource for landlords! 

Just do your research and make sure you are operating within the confines of the law (get an attorney who will help you navigate), and you can do great things!

There are so many online tools that make it as simple as sending an email and they fill out an online application with background check, etc (cozy works well for that AND lets you collect rent electronically for free which is awesome).

I use Cozy as well for ACH. 

There are lots of rental solutions out there changing things fast, and I think google is even funding one (think cozy, etc)....actually, I like that the business model on a small scale can be pretty simple and low tech (I don't need to know how to code!)....
