Anyone else using Cozy seeing a delay around Labor Day holiday?

I'm wondering if anyone else here is using Cozy is seeing a delay in the ACH transfer this month; my dashboard show the payment having been made, but as of today the money still has not hit my bank account.

Each state laws are different and within those states each county can do it their own way as well within the confines of the state law.

There are so many online tools that make it as simple as sending an email and they fill out an online application with background check, etc (cozy works well for that AND lets you collect rent electronically for free which is awesome).

There are lots of rental solutions out there changing things fast, and I think google is even funding one (think cozy, etc)....actually, I like that the business model on a small scale can be pretty simple and low tech (I don't need to know how to code!)....
