I think its fair to say I’ve been terrorized by insurance companies in NH.For the naysayers: Oil tanks replaced 3 years ago.

I'm looking for someone to connect with that's done tax lien investing in Cook and the collar counties.  

I'm looking for people that regularly invest in the Tax Liens in Cook County and the collar counties.  

Myself and 1 other partner would be the managing partners and the rest silent "money" partners, however they want to be in the know and involved, but no real decision making abilities and too many cooks in the kitchen slows things down. 

Dave Ramsey and real estate investor are usually like oil and water.

Chicago and Cook County have their own rules.Best advise is speak to an attorney and have any forms you were"given" reviewed.

I'm willing to bet top dollar that college education would be a better bang for your buck than a self-study seminar peddled by someone selling you real estate "snake oil".

Recently I was made aware that she has an oil leak in her car and essentially caused 3 giant oil stains in the parking spots.

Generally, electric baseboard is much more expensive than oil heat(see link below which allows input of various prices for electricity and oil.)
