Hello Investing Anglers,This might be a strange post about fishing and investing, but I am hoping to connect with other investors that love to fly fish.

Does a brokerage feasible or should I start contacting the land owners and try to fish some of the deals myself? 

They do a lot of Dream Kitchen remodel projects and also are doing a lot of the new apartment complexes like the Peloton on Fish Hatchery.

Brevard county seems to be a good place to experience substantial growth in next few years And has some great fishing.

Nothing wrong with that but it sounds like "give a man a fish..." vs really learning about the many opportunities and variances of what can happen in RE deals and the challenges that come with that. 

That was one of the best places I found to broaden my network around investment minded people. 

I knew this was certainly no get-rich-quick flip or even barely pay the bills flip from the beginning, but I was motivated to get my first flip under my belt...and more importantly to use it to attract a bigger fish who would bring money to the table for flips going forward. 

I plan on attending the local REI club meetings and broadening my network, so hopefully that will change.
