While Tulum and the Riviera Maya have deployed many efforts to be not about just the beach, most visitors wouldn't go if it wasn't because of the area's beautiful beaches.

I like the idea of it being a very Red state, nature activities all year round and I think that areas like this are scare and will continue to appreciate if they continue to keep their beauty and policies. 

As well as various decorative masonry elements, when the tech gets that far.

I recently dropped a property from my mgmt company that had so much potential but didn't hit that target due to owner not being willing to update and decorate the property to our recommendations.

I own 93 acres with a fully stocked, private large pond/small lake in a coveted area of the Triangle in NC where you can't find this much acreage available, and I would like to know the best way to partner with a development company or other organization to create a high end, beautiful community on this site.
