Purchased mid Covid-19 Pandemic. The flip was delayed due to unfortunate pandemic related setbacks. Construction began June 2022 and the home was sold October 2022.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The home was in super rough condition and filled to the ceiling with the previous homeowners belongings. But we knew that the property had potential and we were the people for the job. Once it was cleaned out you could see how much beauty this home had and we knew exactly how to capitlize on it.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
We found it browsing new listings on Zillow. It was listed for $120k, we offered $100k cash and got accepted the same day.
