That's the beauty.

The space was beautiful and we had all the amenities anyone would need.  

I have chosen a few markets around the USA to begin with including Des Moines, Salt Lake City, and the beautiful Pacific Northwest (I know large area, refining based on potential relocation) to start with but trying not to limit myself at this point.

West Hill is a highly regarded woodland village, situated on the western slopes of the beautiful Otter Valley in the heart of East Devon.

There were a few aesthetic lighting changes on the 1st floor (get rid of the sconces). later he drew up plans to deal with a problem of the stairs leading to the basement.Oh, yeah.... the stairs.

My thoughts are....Reorganize the homes into a well thought out , functional, and aesthetically pleasing layout.

I own a beautiful victorian duplex that is on the edge of the ghetto, across the street from the site of the new police station... that was supposed to be completed in April of 2017... so while the property makes money, the appreciation is not there yet, and I have to wait for my little messed up city to come through with the plans it has already laid in place.The second type of lower income are the cash flow areas.

Urban living can afford the same outdoor experiences as suburban or rural (just come to Denver and hang out at one of our many parks on a weekend for beautiful trees, open fields, and PLENTY of space to set up and hang out however you want - and you don't have to take care of a massive yard to get all that enjoyment!

It's a beautiful area.
