You could try to call individual contractors (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc) or try to find other GCs that have more availability.

You will meet and work with electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC professionals, painters, cabinet vendors, countertops vendors, just to mention a few of the components in a successful project.

All our contractors (electrician, plumbers, handymen, and painters) are on line too.

The painters are starting Monday and  my carpet supplier is scheduled to measure the rooms and put me on his schedule for Installation.Cheers 

I want to hire out each sub like flooring people, painters, plumbing etc. but who do I hire to do the kitchen and bathroom renovations/updates/repairs? 

I am a terrible painter, a worthless plumber, a horrible flooring installer and pretty much not handy at all.

You don't need to be the plumber and landscaper and painter and electrician etc.

I am a buy and hold investor in Westmoreland and Washington County. 

You can do it yourself or hire a painter.
