Newer to BP, investor in Westmoreland county

Hello, I go by my middle name Steve. My wife and I have a few rentals, my first started back in 2015. I learned a lot from my father who full time invest in rentals however, BP has been a whole new world for me and I love it! I stumbled across BP about a year ago after attending a rich dad poor dad seminar that wanted 55k for their classes. Now I’m sure that information would have been useful however I wanted to check all resources first and found BP. The rentals for me was just an investment on the side. I have recently decided to make it my main focus. I have been listening and reading as much info as possible and I can see my future coming together. All that being said, I made this post to network. I wanted to reach out to my local community and introduce myself. Moving forward I plan on pursuing multi family residential and some commercial properties.
